What We Hold

• Order details — your name, delivery address, email and what you bought.
• Correspondence — emails about stock, commissions or replacements.
• Purchase history — kept deliberately, so that when a plate breaks in 2031 we can tell which glaze year to match.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts. Nothing here sets a cookie.

Why

To make and send you the pots, to answer questions afterwards, and to match a replacement to a piece you already own. That last one is the reason we keep records longer than a shop normally would.

How Long

• Enquiries that do not become orders: twelve months.
• Order records and invoices: seven years, as tax law requires.
• Purchase history for glaze matching: ten years, or until you ask us to remove it.

Who Sees It

The three of us, our accountant, and the courier who delivers the parcel. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share lists, and we have never run an advertising campaign that would require us to.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted where no tax obligation requires us to keep it. Email [email protected]. We reply within thirty days and normally within three.

Complaints

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We would rather you emailed us first — three people is a short chain of command.
